In addition, I am including here a copy of a presentation I gacve at Miami University in Oxford, Ihio in 2009. Maori Learning Styles. It suggests that different learning styles ared heavily mediated by culture and the laying on of a Eurocentric understanding of learning behaviours can and does do irreperable damage to students from other, subordinated cultures.
